Active Accra collects the information you give us when you join, book a session, enter a race, volunteer or subscribe to the Journal: your name, contact details, and the sports and sessions you take part in.

How we use it

To run your membership and bookings, to contact you about sessions you have booked, and — if you ask us to — to send the Journal and add you to club WhatsApp groups.

Strava

If you connect Strava, we read the activities you share with the club to power leaderboards and your portal. You can disconnect at any time.

Photography

We photograph and film club events. Tell a captain or email us if you would prefer not to appear, and we will remove any image on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@activeaccra.com. We do not sell personal data.
