Terms

Membership

Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled or paused (up to three months a year) with notice before your next billing date. There is no joining fee.

Bookings

Please cancel sessions you cannot attend at least 12 hours ahead so someone on the waitlist can take your place. Repeated no-shows may limit priority booking.

Participation

You take part in club activities at your own risk and confirm you are fit to do so. Tell your captain about any medical condition that may affect you. Follow marshals’ and coaches’ instructions at all times.

Races & trips

Race entries are transferable up to seven days before the event. Trip deposits are refundable up to 21 days before departure.

Shop

Unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of collection or delivery.
